Decluttering is the process of returning items to their proper locations or removing them completely from the home. Frequently, a lot of sorting is done at this time, and the resident is present, making decisions.
Organizing
Organizing is needed when items have no permanent place to be set down resulting in lost items, or lost time searching for the items. Establishing a place for each thing can happen after the clutter is removed
Unoccupied Cleanouts
This is the work that occurs after all wanted items have been claimed, and no further sorting is needed. Dumpsters or roll-offs are often ordered in advance.

Decluttering and Organizing
Starts at $15/hour. Mileage charged when decluttering site is more than 20 miles from Bristow, NE. Two-hour minimum charge for services and consultations.
Unoccupied Cleanouts
From $25-$40/ hour, plus full mileage. Dumpsters and roll-offs required for the job are charged separately.
Hoarding
Evaluated and negotiated on an individual basis.
